A Court Story at The Mets

For our SS25 collection, we set out to capture that spirit on the court. Not just any court, but the Mets tennis courts in Scheveningen, where the lines are old, the gravel is slow, and the energy is raw.
The Mets is one of the oldest tennis clubs in the Netherlands, closing in on its 100th birthday in 2026. The courts are steeped in tradition and history. This is where legends once played—Tilden, Laver, Tsitsipas. It’s a space where nothing needs to be loud to be powerful. A place that stays with you.
For Huub van Boeckel, founder of The ACE Hub, The Mets is more than just a tennis club. It’s where he trained, competed, and grew up in the game. These courts shaped how he sees tennis today—not just as a sport, but as a way of life.
We chose this setting to bring our SS25 collection to life, because The Mets feels timeless. The aesthetic is effortless. The courts are beautiful without trying to be. It’s quiet, but nothing about it is empty. This is how we want our collections to feel: rooted in realness, understated, yet full of story.
