Delivery
At The Ace Hub online shop, many different currencies are valid, such as EUR, USD and GBP. All prices are calculated from the current exchange rates. The prices shown on the pages are an indication and not definite, because your transaction will be subject to the Current Currency Conversion, which is subject to daily fluctuations.
For estimated delivery information, we would like to advice you to take a look at ourshipping page. Each order has particular information given, this enables you to track your package.
Shipping costs vary by country. Within the Netherlands, shipping is free, while for other countries, the costs are displayed at checkout. Please visit ourshipping information page.
The Ace Hub ships globally, however there might be some exceptions. Please take a look at ourshipping page for further information.
Once it has arrived in the sorting centre of the selected shipper you will receive a tracking number. With that number you are able to track your order.
Yes. Fill out the delivery address when prompted at checkout.
Yes. When your order arrived in the UPS sorting centre, you will receive the tracking number via email to trace your package.
Ordering
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you wish to make changes, you may wait until you have received your order and then return it for a refund or exchange. Afterwards, you can place a new order for the desired item(s). Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with the return process.
Returns
We do our best to make sure every order is perfect. But unfortunately, mistakes happen. When you notice an error on our part, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to solve and correct any problems as soon as possible.
We reimburse returns of all orders within 14 working days of receipt.
The ACE Hub works together with Returnista for the following countries, where you can easily register and pay for the return:
- Belgium: Drop-off: 5.95 EUR, Pick-up: 7.95 EUR
- Luxembourg: Drop-off: 6.95 EUR, Pick-up: 8.95 EUR
- France: Drop-off: 6.95 EUR, Pick-up: 8.95 EUR
- Denmark: Drop-off: 7.95 EUR, Pick-up: 9.95 EUR
- Italy: Drop-off: 7.95 EUR, Pick-up: 9.95 EUR
- Spain: Drop-off: 7.95 EUR, Pick-up: 9.95 EUR

For countries not listed, please return the parcel at your own cost using a logistics provider of your choice to the following address:

Please note when sending a return:
- Place the item(s) in a shipping box along with the invoice received with the shipment.
- Close the box and tape it shut.
- Follow the instructions you receive when registering via Returnista.
Why not free returns?
Research shows that free returns increase the number of returns. This is not in line with our commitment to sustainability. That’s why The ACE Hub has chosen to offer a fair return rate through Returnista.
Please email info@theace-hub.com with full details including your order number, name and a photo of your shoes. The submitted complaint will be answered within a period of 2 working days from the day of receipt.

Customs and import costs depend on the country you are living in. The recipient of the parcel pays these charges and we have no control over these costs. We are therefore unable to inform you about the specific costs, as customs and import duties vary from country to country. We suggest that you contact your local customs office to be advised about current charges before you order, so you will not be surprised by any unexpected charges. It is important to note that the parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this and are not able to supply any details concerning this delay. It is possible to exclude VAT (Value Added Taxes) for every order outside the European Union. To realize this, please send us a copy of the stamped invoice by the customs once the order has arrived and we will refund 21% of total the item price(s). Prices shown on hubfootwear.com include 21% VAT (Value Added Taxes) and exclude delivery charges, custom duties or import taxes.
